Die Hit-Chancen möchte ich dem Song beileibe nicht absprechen, was die musikalische Komponente anbetrifft, erstaunt mich das bis hierhin sehr positive Feedback aber doch ein wenig. Für mich ziemlich exakt der Einheitsbrei, der derzeit ohnehin tausendfach durch die Lautsprecher schallt. Dazu für mich noch ein wenig überproduziert. |

Met als gastzangeres de 31 jarige Zweedse zangeres, rapster en songschrijfster uit Stockholm: "Ellinor Miranda Salome Olovsdotter", alias: "Elliphant" !!! Maar Down Under een grote hit ☺!!! |

Still surprised a little by how well this did. It's definitely not top tier Peking Duk for me, nor is it my favourite from Elliphant. Though it's nice that Elliphant made it into the ARIA chart. Anyway there is stuff to like here. The loud drop is classic Peking Duk and works well. The chorus is memorable and I think the verses are strong too. Can't complain with Peking Duk scoring chart hits when they're of this quality. |
