**** I have this weird nostalgic attachment to this song. Whenever I got bored around 2012 I'd listen to some of the digital radio stations on my TV. A lot of those stations were just non-stop genre stations with one of them being 'Urban' which is where I heard this song quite often. I grew attached to this song thanks to the heavy bassline in the verses and the comparatively nice sounding chorus (an aspect I still enjoy a lot in certain songs). These digital stations always played the censored version of songs but because the verses are so muffled I barely noticed the difference when I started listening to the uncensored version years later. :P<br>Of course this song sounds quite different compared to his later stuff. Not just his latest album even compared to 'because the internet' the rapping and production is here is significantly rougher and more aggressive. Certainly not my favorite Childish Gambino song anymore but I still enjoy it.
