**** I was expecting ratchet crap as well just by looking at the name Cash Cash :P . I agree with 392 it's nothing original or groundbreaking (not here for the Clarity shade though :P ) but it's still very enjoyable. Last edited: 20.01.2014 06:05
*** I will agree that this is far better than anything called Cash Cash should ever be expected to produce, and it's far from the worst lifeless dance track on the charts with little to offer. But then at the end of the day it's just that, a dance track with little to offer.
^ That's what my review said when Beanster added his review, I don't want to cause any confusion because I just wanted to add that this has grown on me a little since; it has some uplifting qualities to it. 3.3 Last edited: 26.08.2014 11:58
*** I'd say it's more repetitive than it is catchy, but then again the extent to which this is just so generic and whatever may mean I'm not looking at this through rose-coloured glasses. It's not too bad, but it's the sort of thing I'll never care for no matter how many times I hear it (unless I get kidnapped and get forced to listen to it 32145920359023590523 times until I worship it or whatever, either that or just listen to commercial radio long enough). 2.75
**** The production in general is very good, but her vocals particularly in the opening verse marks down the overall result. There are some small lazy moments in the structure too, so there definitely could have been some improvement. I didn't find the improvement I was looking for in some of the remixes. 3.7*
**** I remember hearing this on the radio a couple of times and thinking that it was never going to be a hit, and I kind of dismissed it despite actually liking it. But when it did become a hit, I was quite surprised but eventually it got quite irritating. Nice that it actually did become a hit in the end here and in the UK, but it still isn't that great.
