Wollte erst mal eine 5* geben, aber am Schluss merkte (nach dem ersten Durchhören), dass ich so viel Freude und auch Spass hatte, das Album zu hören, da musste ich jetzt einfach die 6* geben!<br>Songs wie "Land of Opportunity", "There is an Answer", "You'll be Okay" (!!), "Everyone is Gay", die unglaublich tolle Single mit Ch. Aguilera "Say Something" oder bereits der tolle Opener "Rockstar" versprechen einfach tolles Hörvergnügen und lassen das Ohr tanzen!!<br><br>Ich finde es so toll, dass sich die beiden Artisten und ihre Songs weitab des inzwischen Standard gebrauchten Autotune's bewegen! Kein billiger, austauschbarer Dance-Pop, keine Stimmverzerrungen - nichts! Schön, dass ich wieder mal so ein Debutalbum hören durfte!!

Mostly utterly delightful with a few lovely ballads thrown in. If I hadn't been forewarned of what to expect, I would have been shocked at their general sound being quite different to that of Say Something. I really enjoyed this and will listen again.

I'm very surprised, Say Something killed me towards the end of its chart run so I thought this album would be a bit of a dirge but it was actually quite good. And it's good that the other guy that's not the afro dude can sing as well. There's nothing really wrong with this, like I said, I did enjoy it for the most part - I guess it just lacks anything outstanding to push it above and beyond. Their songwriting is probably the best thing about them, although I do appreciate the light production in parts as well. Decent effort. 3.9/6.
